Today (8th) - I put a second coat on all the ceilings - including the kitchen - but, on the advice of the guy in the paint shop, also put oil-based undercoat over the damp spot on the front wall (and the long side wall too) - you can see it reaching about 3/4 of the way up. It has been a long day - I will repaint all the walls over the next couple of days. I have been painting since 10 a.m. - so I will go to bed.
